I have been home sick - so what better to do than bake a chocolate cake? Decided to try one without eggs and found this one. If you like the "american taste" chocolate cake (type Betty Crocker) then this is the one. I, who often mess up recipies, didnt even manage to ruin this one even though I realized the oven was cold as I set the cake in the oven- didnt try it with the frosting, no Im too greedy to wait but since I will probably make this one again, I will have to try to find a matching cakecream. Im ashamed to admit it but it could well be the icy frosting of a frozen mcCain chocolate cake I used to crave for in my 'youth' ...they probably dont make it anymore, the only place you can buy that damn cake is in shops in Iceland which are probably selling an old stock...I dont even want to think that thought to the end ( and what does that tell you about the preservatives? Jeeeez)

Or was it her garde-de-robe I so desperately wanted? I have two words for you: Cake and dresses, there must have been alot wrong with the plot for that show to get cancelled with such a winning combo!
